Eligible for liquidation upon sponsored project default that results in a draw of Credit Support Systems’ letter of credit that isn’t reimbursed after 90 days
Credit profile reflects the nature of the underlying assets pledged
Agnostic to credit profile of the Credit Support Systems’ client as the Illiquid Asset Owner
Collateral coverage requirement determined on a case-by-case basis
Project term 3-7 years with a minimum 12-month cash reserve required
